Kemampuan salesperson perlu secara terus-menerus ditingkatkan dan diasah karena mereka adalah ujung tombak peningtakan, pengembangan, dan kemajuan perusahaan. Pengembangan dan peningkatan kemampuan ini, tentunya tidak saja mendatangkan semangat, ketrampilan, dan pengetahuan yang segar dan terbaru, namun juga pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kinerja penjualan yang merupakan tugasnya, yaitu hasil penjualan yang semakin besar, efisiensi dan sistem yang lebih tertata, efektivitas cara pengelolaan penjualan yang lebih cepat, lebih akurat, dan lebih maksimal.<br />
